Coriolis Flow Meters and Sensors
SumoFlo® Single-Use Coriolis Mass Flow Meters
Patented Coriolis technology offering ±1% of reading accuracy independent of fluid properties, no recalibration for different fluids.
Insensitive to viscosity and flow profile disturbances – coping with froth or entrained bubbles.
Unreinforced PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) product contact surfaces.
Meets USP Class VI, USP 661, and USP 788 standards.
Gamma-sterilizable.
Available in a disposable, drop-in form for single-use biopharmaceutical applications such as chromatography, cell culture, tangential flow filtration, and more.

Pulsation Dampeners
DMP-7000 Single-use Pulsation Dampeners
Positive displacement pumps, such as diaphragm and peristaltic pumps, produce pulsations in fluid. These pulsations can negatively impact single-use pharmaceutical and bioprocessing production processes such as tangential flow filtration and chromatography, which necessitate tightly controlled flow rates and line pressures. Reducing pulsation also improves filling, fluid transfer and depth filtration operations.
Up to 95% reduction in peak-to-peak flow pulsation.
Wetted fluid path made of Polyurethane and PEEK that meets USP Class VI, USP 661.2, and USP 788 requirements.
Gamma-stable to 40 kGy.
Available for line sizes from 1/8” to 1” ID, with hose barb or triclamp fluid connections.
Flow Control Valves
BCV-980 Compact Flow Control Valve
High-performance, intelligent and compact pinch control valve for precise flow or pressure control.
Rapid control in seconds in critical bioprocessing applications such as media preparation and tangential flow filtration.
Compatible with 1/8” – 1” ID flexible tube, braided or un-braided.
4-60°C Temperature range
6 barg maximum pressure
Automatic and remote modes
Proprietary integral PID control algorithms
Up to four analogue inputs, multiple analog outputs, multiple alarm outputs, and Addressable Sensor Network (ASN) over RS-485 and the GUI interface.
Repeatable performance.
